The Apothecary of Practices
I run all of my sessions either as one to one's or in very small groups. From my own personal experience, I know that some people might struggle with attending things in a group environment (me included!).
I will hold this space of sanctuary and safety solely for you.
I would also like to warmly welcome neurodivergent people and carers to these sessions; we can spend time prior to your session running through everything and making any accomodations and adjustments as required.
I am currently offering sessions on weekends only.

Sound Bath

Become immersed in a variety of sounds created by crystal singing bowls, himalayan bowls and a variety of other instruments.
Spiritual Sound Healing

A Sound Bath practice which goes deeper into the spiritual and shamanic realms with the use of spirit and healing energies. Connecting deeply with all that is around us and ourselves
Yoga Nidra

An effortless state of restfulness, the stage between being awake and being asleep, yet you are conscious and aware. It is a deeply restorative and restful state of being.
Reiki (Case Studies)

Session Length: 60 minutes
Reiki is a gentle and safe hands on (or off) healing technique using spiritual energy. Reiki is a holistic system for healing, harmosining and balancing body, mind, emotion and spirit.
